Hi Bob and Joanne,

My husband and I recently purchased a home using you as our real estate agents for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. We could not have been happier with the service you both provided.

Because our old home was obtained through an inheritance, we were unfamiliar with home buying process and consequently quite nervous about all the things we did not know. Joanne was very patient with us and explained everything that we needed to know clearly and thoroughly, and she was quite knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the process. She was always prompt in returning our (many!!) phone calls and the listing and marketing materials she put together were beautiful.

In addition to her patience and willingness to hold our hands through what could have been an overwhelming process without her, she gave us helpful tips on preparing our home for showing. She was quite flexible and always made herself available to us at our convenience. Several times she and Bob came to our home in the evening after work to fill out paperwork, go over offers, etc.

With Joanne’s help, we had two offers for over our asking price after less than a week on the market and she helped us negotiate a great deal on our fabulous new home. Working with Joanne was a wonderful experience.
